Re: Prehistoric Cemetery Reveals Man and Fox Were Pals
Huh, interesting, very interesting. Kinda weird to think about things that happened so long ago. Poor foxes that had to be killed so they could be buried with their owner :(

Re: How close did you ever get to a wolf?
I was talking about the alphas, not any ranking, which you would just call the breeding pair, but i still cal them the alpha pair, and what i mean by "training" is that... here this is what it said: "The alpha female indicates her intention to hunt deer by taking a previously cached leg to teach the...

Re: How close did you ever get to a wolf?
That does sound cool :) i dont know why everyone doesn't love wolves as much as people on wolfquest, they are i would say one of the most intelligent, cutest, and most powerful animals :) I have this new book about wolves that i had actually got on my birthday :) It said that the alpha pair even try...

Re: What are your techniques for hunting elk?
Its kinda funny, i guess you could say that i sort of cheat when i hunt, i have many techniques that help me out, such as chasing an elk around to carcasses, so they sometimes get stuck on them, if they dont, then i still eat some so im really fast again and catch up to it easily, another thing is w...

Re: "Wolves 'thriving' in Germany "
This is cool! I read in a book that wolves can travel up to 100 miles a day just tracking prey! So they can wander far and fast :) I hope they keep making their way south of Idaho and spread throughout other areas in the mid and south west and get the ecosystem back on track, good job wolfies! Keep ...

Re: How close did you ever get to a wolf?
I got close to wolves recently, for my birthday, i did actually Go to the Colorado Wolf and Wildlife Center, though the tour to get close to wolves and pet them did not happen, because i guess you had to be 18 or older, that annoyed me, but i still got to see the wolves, and howling would randomly s...

Re: Do you act like a wolf in real life?
Well humans are boring lol its so much fun to act like something more exiting than what you are! Wolves dont act like people because again, people are boring, and they are to busy hunting and playing and sleeping, etc. They don't ever think of acting like one of us :)

Re: Wolf Documentaries
I love Living with Wolves! Wolves at Our Door isn't as good in my opinion, it doesn't have as much emotion and you don't get attached to anyone as much, In Living with Wolves it tells about the wolves and the people with them :) its just much cuter/better/awesomer :) oh yes and i have seen The Story...

Re: Extinction of the Red Wolf: A 'Species' Demise
I actually have noticed that Red Wolves do look a lot like Coyotes :) Actually recently i have been wondering if the coyotes near where i live were either Red Wolves or just really big Coyotes. Because anyone who has seen them knows that they are no ordinary coyotes, they bigger than the other coyot...

Re: Ways to SAFELY introduce wolves
Well im not sure about the idea of introducing them, but i do know a possible way that would prevent them from killing too much livestock. I was watching this thing on National Geographic i think, or one of those types of channels and i was watching this thing called A Man Among Wolves. It talked ab...

Re: Pups on MultiPlayer: Good or Bad?
Ok here is my opinion on having pups in MP, I definitely think you should have the choice to be one :) but with some limitations. You could not hunt, you could only feed yourself by either finding a carcass or having an adult wolf feed you. You would not be able to run very fast, and you would have ...

Re: How close did you ever get to a wolf?
I actually have gotten really close to a wolf :D but sadly it was a couple of years ago and i had not yet figured out the true, full awesomeness of wolves :( it was captive, I was at the petsmart and we were just walking through and i saw it, the guy let me pet it! IT WAS SO CUTE!!! But my...
