Before contacting us with questions about the game, please read the Game FAQs to see if we have already answered your question.  You can also look for the answer to your question by using the 'search' function to search the forum for similar topics, or look through the game manual.  If your question is already answered on the FAQs or elsewhere on the forum, we will not respond to your e-mail.  We can only reply to messages in English.

If you are waiting for your forum registration to be activated, please be patient. It typically takes 1-3 days before an account is activated.
